Novomatic subsidiary Luxury Leisure has acquired Moreton’s Adult Gaming Centre, in Torquay to continue its ambitious expansion programme.

Luxury Leisure has confirmed the acquisition of Moreton’s Adult Gaming Centre, located in the Devon seaside resort of Torquay.

The leasehold agreement was facilitated by specialist leisure agency C J White Associates Ltd, between Luxury Leisure and vendor Cornshire Ltd.

“The licensed AGC is located in a prime central location in Torquay which is popular with tourists and locals alike and has a full machine inventory,” said a spokesperson for the agent.

“It was opened and fitted out in 2018 and has since become the prime AGC in the town with a loyal clientele.”

Commenting on the sale, Cornshire director Henry Moreton said: “We are delighted to have secured the sale of this AGC that we developed prior to the pandemic to Luxury Leisure and will be seeking to reinvest in other opportunities.”

Luxury Leisure Talarius MD Tom Allison added: “We are delighted to have acquired Moreton’s and look forward to welcoming our new team and customers to the Admiral family.”

The Union Street venue offers “a clean, tidy, and friendly” 24-hour casino, with customers given free scratchcards, and the opportunity to win a prize on the bi-hourly Fortune Wheel.
