Following the multi-million pound revamp of Mecca Luton, the recently-reopened club has been welcomed by the local press, which hailed the venue as being “unlike anything else in the area.”

Offering a full programme of live entertainment and hospitality options alongside classic bingo, the Skimpot Road site has rapidly established a reputation as one of the town’s leading leisure providers.

“The venue is an incredibly modern leisure and entertainment destination,” reported Bedfordshire Live. “Billed as the ‘bingo hall of the future’, this is much more than just a classic bingo hall.”

“The state-of-the-art new club looks incredible, featuring an all-new, modern design in a 21st-century venue but it still retains the best of Mecca’s legendary bingo heritage.”

As well as live music, tribute nights, karaoke, drag shows, Bonkers Bingo and strip show the Mecca Men, Mecca Luton also houses a bar, restaurant, slot machines, and wide screen televisions for live sport. “The venue has a comfortable, relaxed feel which encourages visitors to eat, drink, chat and play bingo however they like, supported by a friendly team who are on hand to help and only too happy to bring food, drinks or bingo books straight to guest’s seats.”
