AGC and FEC operator Mr P’s Classic Amusements has revealed its plan for five venues with five completely different sets of machines to choose from.

Under the Mr P’s banner, the operators Chatham and Tonbridge AGCs offer “some of the greatest machines ever made”, while its Bognor Regis FEC transports guests back to the ‘golden era’ of seaside amusements. Another AGC in Maidstone, under the Reel Fruits banner, is under refurbishment, and a fifth venue is also in the works, nicknamed “Furburbia”.

“What we want you all to be doing is having five venues to choose from with completely different machines to choose from,” said the operator on Facebook. “The new location already has a ‘backbone’ choice, such as Maidstone which will still feature tokens, ‘Furburbia’ will not feature tokens.”

Ahead of Maidstone’s grand reopening on 28 May, Mr P’s revealed machines such as Grand National, Rocket Money, Ten out of Ten, Top Tenner, Cash Lines and Up Up and Away could make an appearance at the AGC. The operator also revealed that work on its newest venue, ‘Furburbia’, will be underway very soon, with the classic amusement aficionado armed with a “vast choice” of machines to deploy, but faced with lots of tough decisions about which ones to site.
