Regal Gaming Technologies has commissioned a series of short films to help customers and their teams understand important areas of the business.

Regal Gaming Technologies is harnessing the power of digital technology to provide its customers and partners with a free to access library of resources explaining and demonstrating key gaming machine and gaming technology related topics. The sector-leading operator, part of Merkur Group UK, has commissioned a series of bespoke three-minute videocasts covering MGD, the SOLAR Customer App and a trouble-shooting guide to refilling digital gaming machines. These are in addition to video guides to technology advances featuring the digital cashless payments wallets from OKTO as well as Regal’s Age Verification options in partnership with YOTI.

Matt Bicknell, joint managing director of Regal Gaming Technologies said: “We are committed to playing a full and active role in helping our customers to maximise their machine income and part of that commitment includes the provision of best in class customer service and support.” He added: “Working in partnership with our single site customers we have identified key topics such as the practicalities and responsibilities relating to MGD, and commissioned short, easily digestible video content to demystify and outline the detail. The digital information films which the Regal team has helped storyboard, feature characters and voiceovers created exclusively for the brand.

“The information which is being hosted on regalgaming.co.uk is free to access and has been created to help our customers comply with the requirements set out by HMRC as well as the opportunities that technology provides to maximise machine income.”
