Blueprint is touring the country and has a number of big announcements to make, not least the launch of its streamlined buy direct structure and the Blueprint Customer Portal – both of which will help to maximise machine income.

Blueprint Operations has confirmed details of its first national customer roadshow. Launching Monday January 24th in Glasgow, the tour schedule will move on to Durham (25th), Leeds (26th), Haydock (27th), Birmingham (28th), Bristol (31st), Southampton (1st February), London (2nd), Clacton and Colchester (3rd) finishing in Norwich on February 4th.

The Blueprint roadshow will provide customers with an advanced preview of its’ new cabinet and game content ahead of being officially unveiled at EAG in March, as well as the chance to learn more about Blueprint’s recent announcement setting out the benefits of buying direct from the company.

Previewing the roadshow, Blueprint’s Head of Corporate Accounts, Nicola Wallbank said: “We have always put our customers at the forefront of our commitment to achieve excellence in everything we do, and the national roadshow is part of that commitment. As well as having industry-first access to our games pipeline and the new Trio cabinet, attendees will also have the opportunity to meet with our dedicated account management team to discuss how the new streamlined buy direct structure works, and how we can help to maximise income from industry-leading Blueprint machines. We will also be demonstrating the Blueprint Customer Portal, which provides a new unique access to our game briefs, product technical manuals and training guides.”

She continued: “We’ve introduced our new buy direct structure to deliver a consistent, unrivalled level of customer support excellence. With advances such as age verification and electronic wallets our product offering is becoming more complex and it is increasingly important for us to be able to spend more time discussing these with our customers. Furthermore, the review of the Gambling Act is likely to add to this complexity if the industry is successful in achieving some of expected deregulation initiatives such as the ability to offer modern payments methods and linked jackpots.” “Planning for the future, it is clear to us how important it is to have close working relationships that go beyond the simple sale and rental transaction, and the necessary knowledgeable and experienced team who know our product offering inside out.”
