Jukebox manufacturer NSM Music has signed an integration partnership with Game Payment Technology, hailing the GPT app as “the perfect tool to keep customers selecting their favourite music.”

Commercial jukebox and background music system manufacturer NSM Music has signed an agreement to integrate the cashless digital wallet from Game Payment Technology into its range of machines.

The deal represents the latest step in GPT’s industry-wide integration strategy, and will see NSM expand its cashless capabilities in order to reflect the growing trend away from cash in the pub and bar sector.

“We are delighted to announce that all NSM jukeboxes can be retrofitted with the Game Payment TQ-SLU solution,” said NSM Music GM Martin Agabeg. “Cash payments are decreasing, and the Game Payment app is the perfect tool to keep customers selecting their favourite music from our jukeboxes, without having to have coins in their pockets.”

“NSM Music will have the app up and running to demonstrate on their booth at EAG International 2022.”

GPT will demonstrate its cashless payment solution for NSM Music’s Curve jukebox on its own stand at EAG, alongside “many more GP-enabled machines,” including the recently launched battery-powered pool table solution TR-SLU, which sold out its initial production run within a day of the order form going live.

Hailing its app as “the only multimachine solution, working across all machine types in all venues,” GPT stated the latest partnership represents “fantastic news for the industry.”

“The combination of NSM Music’s rich heritage and its appetite for state-of-the-art technology makes the company a perfect fit for GPT,” said GPT director and Bacta’s head of finance Robert Gibb.

“With GPT’s system already available on fruit machines and pool tables, now players have the opportunity to use cashless technology to pay for all their entertainment in pubs up and down the country, all within a single app.”
