NRM has completed the first stage of a recruitment drive which has seen the company think differently in order to identify fresh new talent.

NRM, which recently completed the purchase of UK-based games studio Probability Jones and announced Finnish based Air Dice as an equity partner, has embarked on the first phase of a recruitment drive which has seen it appoint two new developers.

Joining the NRM team are 23-year old Manchester- based Dominic Melloy and 25-year old Pierluigi Pascarella from London. Both the NRM recruits have first class honours degrees, Dominic in Computer Forensics and Security with Pierluigi graduating in Computer Science from the University of Westminster.

Welcoming the additions to NRM, Managing Director, Andrew Ludlow said: “After right-sizing the business and following the acquisition of Probability Jones which we completed last month, we are in the right place to further develop the business and I am delighted to have been able to attract two highly qualified and motivated developers in the form of Dominic and Pierluigi.

“The appointments reflect the changing nature of employment not just within our industry but throughout the economy. The Covid experience has shown that with the right amount of support and planning that it’s perfectly achievable to run a team that works remotely and by being flexible in terms of our approach to home working it opens up the opportunity to recruit from a much deeper pool of talent. It’s essential to be able to change, adapt and evolve what is a technology- driven business to the benefit of our customers.”

The positive culture in place at NRM aligned to its ambitious expansion plans were key reasons for the duo to join the industry. Dominic Melloy stated: “NRM has a close passionate team of developers that engage in a plethora of different tasks. This combined with the family atmosphere, meant that NRM represented a perfect place for me to start the next chapter of my career and achieve the goals that I have set.”

Pierluigi Pascarella added: “Working with some of the biggest gambling and gaming companies in the world is a major attraction as is being part of a dedicated and highly skilled team. I think the environment and culture at NRM will enable me to take on many challenges, use exciting new technologies and get the buzz of being part of a successful company.”
