Cash Recycler Premium and Cash Center Premium are key talking points as GeWeTe provide solutions for all sectors.

Cash handling technology specialists GeWeTe were out in force at ACOS with four of the UK team plus Germany-based CEO Aristidis Tsikouras demonstrating the full product portfolio comprising solutions for FEC, AGC, Bingo, Sports Betting Casinos and Theme Parks.

Mark Edmundson, Sales Manager UK & Ireland identified a ground swell of optimism and positivity on the show floor with the team fully occupied throughout the two days of the event. He stated: “It was great to see everyone face to face after so long, I think everyone has had enough of Zoom and Teams meetings! The mood was really positive, I didn’t hear one negative comment during the show and the majority of operators were looking to invest in new technology.”

For GeWeTe there were a number of product highlights as Mark Edmundson explained: “The Cash Recycler Premium and Cash Center Premium were the two most popular models on show with both offering a high capacity of notes and coins in very secure cabinets. We showed nine models which ranged from small change machines through to the Cash Center Premium which has a formidable 12,000 note capacity! Visitors really appreciated the fact that we are able a deliver a solution for every sector.”

He continued: “The key talking points for GeWeTe and Merkur MARS was TITO and debit card to ticket transactions. Stand visitors also wanted to discuss the security of cash on-site which is something that GeWeTe takes very seriously. With our high security cabinets and multi-functional systems, we are able to provide the complete secure automated cash desk facility.”

Following what GeWeTe described as a ‘great show’ the focus is very much on the future. Mark Edmundson confirmed: “The orders we received at ACOS included GeWeTe machines to support our MARS TITO system as well as general change machines for a range of applications with automation becoming more and more relevant. This week we are planning follow-up visits and site surveys to all the operators who visited our stand. Some have already committed to TITO upgrades over the next six months to ensure that they are ready for the 2022 holiday season and beyond; this is especially the case with the coastal operators that we met.”
