Sound Leisure has unveiled the latest addition to its extensive Jukebox range, the SL33 20 Play vinyl dome top, which was attracting buyers even before its release at the UK Audio Show last week.
The Leeds-based manufacturer took a number of machines to the De Vere Staverton Estate expo on 9 and 10 October, however the innovative SL33 stood out – alongside the new vinyl 20 disc LP Console autochanger.
“And so the next Project leaves the factory – the brand new SL33 – 20 Play vinyl dome top,” said a Sound Leisure spokesperson via social media. “This took some doing! Alongside it is Keith who spied the prototype a few months ago in our development room and bought the first one without actually seeing the finished machine.”
“Today Keith came to the UK Audio Show to see the first pre-production machine and was delighted with the finished result.”
Sound Leisure took a range of CD and Vinyl 45 and Vinyl LP playing Jukeboxes to the show, alongside the vinyl Marshall 45 Juke, which made its first appearance at a UK exposition.
The new 20 play vinyl auto-changer console also caused a stir, with its hand-formed seven-ply cabinet, featuring an Audio Technica cartridge, Bluetooth receiver and Sound Leisure’s own in house D3 amplifier.
