Nick Harding’s Spray Lakes Consultancy continues on its upward trajectory having agreed a strategic partnership with the gambling industry recruitment specialists GRS.


Spray Lakes Consultancy, the digital hub of C-Level consultants and specialist gambling industry providers that was launched earlier this year by 40-year industry veteran Nick Harding, has announced a strategic partnership with Gaming Recruitment Solutions (GRS). Under the terms of the agreement GRS, which is co-owned by Steven Jackson who has been involved in betting and gaming recruitment for close to two decades and Paul Sculpher, who has worked in casino operations for 26 years, has become the recruitment partner for Spray Lakes and associated projects.

Outlining the vision underpinning the partnership, Paul Sculpher said: “Courtesy of a long and distinguished career in the industry Nick has built a trusted and talented network of executives, and we’re delighted to be connected with the brand that he has created.

Reflecting on the development, Nick Harding confirmed: “GRS has assisted a huge range of clients including major AGC Operators as well as virtually all of the UK casino brands. The partnership makes sense on a number of levels – many of the incoming queries we are receiving relate to new business opportunities or M&A possibilities, and therefore have a recruitment element to them.

The strategic partnership with GRS is the second major development announced by Spray Lakes in the course of a month and follows July’s confirmation that it was expanding its geographical reach to encompass North and Latin America. The decision to accelerate its expansion plans followed requests from sections of the industry requiring specialist assistance to get LatAm based projects off the ground.
