Machine supplier and manufacturer JNC Sales has reported it is “busy getting machines out the door” as demand increases for new products and proven mechanics.
Despite the industry’s challenge to source parts due to supply chain issues caused by pandemic restrictions, the Bristol-based firm is set to enjoy a profitable summer. “Customers are seeing value in proven earners this close to the season,” said sales and marketing manager Sam Coleman. “Big arrivals in the JNC warehouse the last few weeks include large footprint winners such as Milk Jug Toss, Time Crisis 5, DeadHeat twin, and Gold Fishin’.”
He continued: “The JNC team has been busy getting machines through the workshop – which is a challenge given the supply chain delays. Like everyone, it’s taking longer to get hold of parts for machines.”
But, Coleman noted, the company has risen to the challenge stating “how hard we are working to source parts at the moment”; and with over 1,000 product titles housed at JNC’s warehouse, it’s no surprise.
However, the company is able to look to its experienced team of engineers to respond swiftly to delayed deliveries, and continues to provide all customers with a parts warranty and dedicated after-sales support.
