VMA Systems has launched a new free GPT Explorer app, allowing machine operators a full view of the cashless performance of their Game Payment Technology-enabled machines.
The Windows-focused app provides access to all data from GPT contactless devices, granting easy access for users to enact a number of functions via their desktop.
“The API provided by GPT is fantastic, but we wanted to give all operators easy access to this without them having to develop their own front end or employ software developers to build it for them,” said VMA Systems managing director David Middleton. “GPT Explorer connects directly and gives them this access in seconds.”
The app allows operators to see their cashless machine income for the last seven days and control their GPT account, connect SLU devices, register app users for their staff, view financial settlements from the desktop, and submit venue data to the GPT website.
Alongside the free-to-download system, a full featured version of the app can be activated with a one-off licence purchase, allowing access to the full income data range, the quick registering of new machines, and the ability to save performance data and settlements offline.
“The new app was designed to give operators an easy to use tool to visualise how GPT was performing in real time, with instant access to the latest machine data from the GPT service and is available free directly from VMA Systems,” added a statement from the company.
