A stalwart of the industry for more than two decades, bingo solutions supplier Leisure Electronics has completed yet another contract for Castle Bingo, equipping and refurbishing the operators site at Nantgarw in South Wales.

Leisure Electronics has completed another contract for its long-term client Castle Bingo, providing the operator’s site in Nantgarw with new tables, seating, electronic infrastructure, and an outdoor bingo area.

Due to unavoidable restrictions imposed around Covid-19, the refurbishment spanned a 12-month period, and Leisure Electronics completed their work over a total of five weeks. Once the club re-opens for business when restrictions are eased, the Leisure Electronics team will be on-hand to support the club and will conduct follow-up visits, ensuring everything is performing optimally. This high level of service and expertise has been the bedrock of Leisure Electronics success and longevity in the bingo industry, with Castle Bingo electronic platform manager Jodie Davis becoming the company’s latest satisfied customer.

“Leisure Electronics are always professional and efficient, with great communication, and they integrated well with the delivery team on the various projects,” she said.

The results are outstanding, and the club members and staff will have a fantastic venue to return to”.

Meanwhile, Leisure Electronics will continue to be at hand, with the supplier “fully appreciating that the industry is 24/7, and that service doesn’t stop at 5pm on a Friday”. The company’s helpdesk is open 7 days a week, and an engineer is always on-call after hours, to cover any unexpected issues that so often arise when operators least expect them. Describing themselves as “big enough to deliver, small enough to care”, the one-stop bingo solutions supplier has gained decades of experience working in the largest bingo halls, the plushest casinos, on international cruise ships, for the large AGC and betting chains, as well as many smaller operators in the UK and overseas. The key, however, is understanding players, enabling Leisure Electronics to work closely with operators to develop and build a great product, deliver it into venues, and to make it work for both the operation and its customers.

Leisure Electronics’ work in South Wales didn’t stop in Nantgarw, with Castle Bingo deciding that the nearby Merthyr Tydfil club could also use the bingo solutions supplier’s golden touch in the form of a mini refurbishment.

Leisure Electronics were “thrilled” to be contracted once again to provide the necessary support and infrastructure to Castle Bingo, with the primary task to uplift the existing seats and equipment from the floor, allowing the main contractor to lay the fresh, new carpeting. The Leisure Electronics team then reinstalled all the barriers along with new seating, and rigorously tested everything and re-commissioned.

The results at both Nantgarw and Merthyr impressed Castle Bingo, with the operator excited to open its doors once again and welcome back its customers to their new and improved bingo clubs.
