After launching its new look in celebration of 40 years of trading, JNC Sales has been pleased with the reaction of customers to its brand new website.
The site is a live reflection on current stock for both machines and spares, allowing customers to browse the depth of products available through JNC in full knowledge of what is available and what special offers are currently active.
The website also allows customers to purchase spare parts online, as well as communicate with the aftersales team directly via the Technical Support form.
“Both before and during the EAG Online we’ve had some really nice feedback from customers about our new logo and the new website. JNC have always been recognised for having a wide range of new and used amusement equipment, and we felt it was important that the new website reflects this and makes it easier for customers to find a particular machine they are looking for or to be able to browse across our different product categories,” said Sam Coleman, sales and marketing manager at JNC.
“People I’ve been speaking with appreciate the fact that what we list on the website is an up to date catalogue of what we have available to sell, and also gives them the option to find out additional information such as dimensions, machine images and videos. The quote builder means that users can build an online shopping list that we can then offer bespoke quotes for, including trade-in options and payment terms.”
