The 360 programme announced by Gauselmann UK is already on the radar of the industry’s most influential individuals and organisations.

360, the progressive safer gambling initiative launched earlier this month by Gauselmann UK has received a ringing endorsement from leading UK trade association bacta. John White, bacta’s chief executive, believes the initiative represents a visible and high-profile manifestation of the industry’s on-going commitment to Social Responsibility (SR).

He commented: “Gauselmann UK has established clear and defined SR targets and the seniority of the team involved in delivering them provides a standard which I am sure it will meet despite the robust challenge they provide. I am also sure that the focus the 360 initiative provides will uncover lessons for the whole industry which I know Gauselmann UK is keen to share and I for one will be keen to hear.”

Sascha Blodau, General Manager Gauselmann (UK) stated: “360 has been developed following an independent audit of the business undertaken by the G4 consultancy. The Action Plan they have put in place is specific to Gauselmann UK and will enable us to move from delivering what’s already a very good safe gambling experience to all of our customers to an outstanding experience.

“The formation of an Advisory Board comprising a mix of senior Gauselmann UK executives and external experts will drive the 360 programme and cement safe gambling within the company DNA.”

Gauselmann UK will be advertising a new post of Customer Experience Manager with the successful applicant confirmed by the year end.
