Trident’s expansion programme continues with a new depot and a new appointment. The machines operator is thinking big.
Trident Machines, the UK’s leading independent gaming operator, has opened a new depot in Newton Abbot, Devon. The depot will give Trident a permanent base in the South West to cover Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset and beyond. The operation will be headed by Chris Harrison who has been appointed as Regional Director.
The news comes after Trident recently announced strong financial results and a major new acquisition of machines to enhance its product range. In a statement this week, the company reinforced its “ambitious growth plans” noting that “this new expansion in the South West will fuel further growth”.
Andrew Powell, Trident’s managing director, said: “This is great news for all our customers in the south west. Chris is an outstanding leader of the business and our ability to provide a truly local service will I’m sure be very popular in the region.”
Chris Harrison said: “I have been very impressed by the professionalism of the Trident team; it’s been a very straightforward transition. I’m sure our customers will appreciate our well-earned reputation for outstanding service as well as a fantastic range of machines to enhance revenues in such difficult times for the industry.”
