JNC Sales are riding high at the moment with quality products and ambitious plans on the 2020 agenda. Playing a significant part in that plan is Sam Coleman who has been appointed sales and marketing manager

JNC Sales, one of the country’s leading machine distributors, have promoted Sam Coleman to the post of sales & marketing manager. Coleman, who has been with the Bristol based company for the past four years, will be heading up the department and overseeing a major expansion of JNC’s sales and support operation.

Coleman, a familiar and popular face on the industry grid, steps up to the new challenge with his customary enthusiasm. “This is an exciting time for JNC,” Coleman told Coinslot. “We’ve established ourselves as a market leader in new and used machines for operators in the UK and around Europe. The next step is to expand our reach into new markets and continue strengthening our relationships with customers, many of whom have been with us for decades.”

Part of that plan will be a recruitment programme in both sales and customer support functions, as Coleman confirmed: “We will be looking to develop our sales team over the coming months and continue investing in our workshop processes.”

And that will also include investment in a new after sales support system, something which Coleman places great emphasis on. “The one thing that JNC has focused on over the years is supporting our customers. This has been a key strength for us and a vital service that has made us the leading one-stop shop for machines. As we look to build our presence globally, after sales support will be at the heart of what we do and I see this as a vital process in continuing our success.”

Sales and marketing, however, will remain a primary focus, and Coleman is extremely confident with the JNC portfolio. “We have real stand-out products in our range and the performance stats and player responses are showing this. Take Giant Prize Pod Pro, for example. This is a musthave piece for every arcade – it has presence, variety and an impressive track record. I’d keep an eye out on Eurotek’s Pharaohs Golden Tickets 4ply pusher, which has really impressed in performance, as well as the Butterfly 6ply pusher from Harry Levy, which has an amazing topflash. And also watch out for the follow-up to the Rescue Firefighter whacker, Mission 2 Mars. That has real family appeal. I think we’ve got some of our best products out there, so you could say I’m pretty excited.”

Coleman will be making his first official appearance as sales and marketing manager at  EAG, although he has been easing his way into the role for the past month. The appointment caps an important year for the new manager, 2020 will be one of significant change both at work and personally, with Coleman also due to be married in the summer.
