The new B3 release has come about following the game’s online success and recent tests across various AGC’s demonstrating a significant trajectory in player traction.
“For pub customers, our Deal or No Deal (DOND) menu now also boasts Fishin Frenzy alongside Eye of Horus, making it a truly premium offer. At the show we will also unveil a new-look concept pub Titan menu, with future titles such as Jokers Cap, Genie Jackpot Megaways and Luck Of The Irish Power Spins all of which demonstrate our ongoing innovation and commitment to the market.”
CS: What innovations and new products are you looking to bring to the market in the coming year?
GW: “As ever, we are committed to delivering premium content and to building game brands that players can buy into, increasing player enjoyment and loyalty, together with a healthy cash box for operators.
“Alongside that, machine connectivity is a key area for us,as it allows us to analyse the data from online enabled machines, to upload new games simultaneously, which allows us to provide a concerted marketing strategy in order to maximise income. In addition, it provides a solution for our customers to manage their overhead better in respect to technical visits to multisite venues, by using connectivity as a first position to sending someone to site. So this year we will be working with our customers to ensure that connectivity drives performance and adds value to their operational demands.”
CS: How did trading fare during 2018?
GW: “Our business performed well in 2018. For 2019, we have bolstered our content and customer support teams, as these are the areas that deliver the most direct value to our customers and form part of ongoing commitment to deliver the best possible service.”
CS: What will your key area of focus be over the coming twelve months?
GW: “Our key areas are ongoing innovation and product development, the roll- out of connectivity, and delivering enhanced customer support.”
