Friends and family of Willy Clixby who worked at Harbour Lights Amusements have paid their respects after he passed away on the night of 15 November.
The well-known and ‘much-loved man’ was a firm favourite at the arcade in Fleetwood where he was respected and admired for his dedication, wit and stories.
Writing on Facebook Lee Stefani offered the touching tribute: “You were one of the main reasons why we had a good team. Every- one loved working with you and your 10p sweet mixes were legendary. Then you became our Father Christmas and in those seven years you invited over 600 kids into your grotto and even took out time to do the gangnam dance and you went up even further in our world. You gave us laughs and told us the most enjoyable stories, life on the arcade will never be the same again pal.”
The funeral will be held at Carleton Crematorium on Wednesday 28 November.
