Cummins Allison, one of the leading innovator and provider of cash handling solutions, has recently announced its recertification to the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
By meeting the extensive criteria for these standards the company has been recognised for its commitment to improving internal processes – with a strong focus on customer needs and quality of service – and data protection best practices. “Earning this certification is a privilege and reflects Cummins Allison’s commitment to product quality, customer service and security,” said Andy Crowson, Cummins managing director.
“We pride ourselves in delivering top-notch products and reliably servicing those products for our customers.”
ISO 9001 certification requires organisations have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement, whereas that of ISO 27001 affirms the company’s commitment to the security of customer, employee and technology information.
“It’s the hard work by all our people that we have earned the right to display the coveted British Assessment Bureau quality shields,” said Crowson. “The recognition demonstrates our quality products and services.”
