Lyme Regis adds Tom & Jerry to main floor

Lyme Regis Amusement Arcade has added Harry Levy’s Tom & Jerry to the line-up of pushers on its main floor. An eight-player round pusher based on the classic children’s cartoon characters – due to feature in a brand new movie adaptation in the next couple of years – its instantly recognisable top sign make it a perfect centrepiece attraction.

Tir Prince Wales’ fastest grower

Tir Prince, operators of three amusement arcades, an amusement park and Llandudno Pier, has won the 2018 Fastest Growth 50 Award for the Fastest Growing Company in North Wales. Launched in 1999, the Fast Growth 50 identifies the fastest growing firms in Wales and is a highly sought after award amongst the region’s business community.

Colwyn site tests start

Investigatory work has been carried out on the former Colwyn Bay site to assess foundational strength for the replacement structure. Work on a new truncated pier would commence as early as spring 2019 if the area is deemed to be suit- able for construction.
