Fortunes adult gaming centre, sited in a prime central location in Eastbourne, has been bought by Novomatic subsidiary Luxury Leisure.

The centre joins a growing portfolio at Luxury Leisure which acquired the 158-strong Talarius estate just two years ago.

The AGC, popular with tourists and locals alike, has been sold with a full machine inventory and an AGC premises licence. According to selling agents, CJ White Associates, the unit “has been in the same ownership for many years and has maintained consistently high levels of service and consequently has a loyal clientele.”

The acquisition is one that Luxury Leisure Talarius are certainly happy with. Managing director Tom Allison said: “We are delighted to have acquired Fortunes and look forward to welcoming our new team and customers to the Admiral family.

John Ayers of Fortunes Casino Slots Limited signalled that this was not the end of his journey in the industry. “We will be seeking to invest in other opportunities,” he confirmed in the official statement. But, the sale was one that he was undoubtedly happy with. “We are delighted to have secured the sale of this AGC that we have operated for many years.”
