A large pinball club featuring machines dating back to 1936, and modern day versions such as The Simpsons and Game of Thrones, is to open in Croydon.

Matt Vince, one of ten pinball machine enthusiasts behind Flip Out London, said: “Pinball is having a real resurgence.

“A lot of the younger generation are interested. They have pinball games on their phones, and they want to play the real thing.”

Croydon, too, appears to be having somewhat of an entertainment boom of late, with a new VR venue and new amusement arcade popping up recently.

With a variety of new amusements and entertainment attractions opening, the London satellite will command one of the most diverse gaming offerings south of the capital.
