The Eurocoin Group have developed a new division, Eurocoin Systems, to develop, install and support the company’s main networked payment and management solutions for UK operators.

They will be displaying their portfolio at this year’s Autumn Coin-op Show (ACOS) show on the E-Service stand, whose experienced field service team provide national support for the business.

“Eurocoin Systems now incorporates our major brands Playsafe Monitoring and Thomas Automatics, plus a growing range of proven solutions such as the Ticket2Go TITO system and our JCA Player Tracking, Cash Desk and Loyalty modules,” said Colin Veitch, director of Eurocoin.

“Either together or singly, each of these packages will improve your machine analytics, introduce time and cost-savings to your business, plus help you make key decisions based on genuine data.”

The Eurocoin Systems “backbone” product is the Playsafe Quantum machine management system, which is installed across hundreds of UK gaming venues, providing real-time accounting information to business owners and operators.

Quantum’s latest version has added significant new benefits, including integration with Server-Based Gaming machine providers and the Ticket2Go system.

Operators can now run helpful, consolidated end-of-day reports for all machines on their floors, plus review the value of all TITO tickets issued, but not yet cashed in, for example.

Support for new coin, note and ticket counting equipment has been added, so that the daily soft and hard-count cash processing is reported automatically into the Quantum system.

All the systems are fully integrated with the latest generation of Thomas PayStation automated kiosk terminals, allowing machine hand-pays and jackpots recorded in Quantum to be also be cleared and paid by a PayStation on the venue’s network – a secure and cost-effective improvement for UK operators.
