Suzohapp has announced that Scan Coin, its brand of coin and banknote organising tools, has firmly established itself in the UK amusements market.
In a statement the gaming and amusements parts manufacturer praised the subsidiary brand for its versatility.
The SC-8220 (pictured), for example, can count a number of chosen currencies or just the first currency according to the first note entered.
Other benefits have been well received in the marketplace, including UV LED, designed for higher accuracy and minimal effort when detecting bad and counterfeit notes, as well as a serial number recognition which is an increasing requirement on the market today.
The Scan Coin DTC-9, on the other hand, is a heavy-duty coin sorter that counts and sorts up to nine different coin denominations at a rate of up to 600 coins per minute.
The DTC-9 also includes a touchscreen display and a keyboard for easy access, along with several sorting options as the coin sorter can be equipped with bag holders as well as coin tube holders.
Additionally, it automatically rejects those pesky foreign and damaged coins. In a statement, a spokesperson for Suzohapp said of the DTC-9: “Its quality has been proven in a wide range of applications, including banks, supermarkets and retail stores.”
