Superbowl UK has exchanged contracts with Orbit Developments for a brand new bowling alley and family entertainment complex in Merseyside, to be built in OD’s existing Linkway West retail and leisure park.
Due to launch in spring 2018, The proposed 24,000 sq ft complex will feature 12 tenpin bowling lanes, an amusement arcade, a diner and a lounge sports bar, as well as a soft-play area and a trampoline assault course.
In addition to the complex, the new development will also feature 19,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space.
“Since the acquisition of the site in 2012, we’ve worked closely with the local authority to deliver a family-friendly scheme which will have a positive impact on the local area,” said Paul Hubball, director at Orbit Developments.
The new facility is expected to create 35 jobs upon opening.
