The new technical appointment of Jason Hunt as Operational Performance Manager underpins Select Gaming’s commitment to excellence, states the company.
Select Gaming, the UK’s largest independent supplier of gaming and amusement equipment to licensed premises, has positioned Jason Hunt in the newly created role of Operational Performance Manager.
The company claims the appointment is set to further enhance the level of technical support enjoyed by Select Gaming’s customers.
Speaking about the new appointment, Director Andrew Powell explains: “The role we have created is broad ranging and includes training, liaison with manufacturers and the auditing of work carried out on and off-site. Jason has been a valued member of the Select Gaming team for 32 years and has a tremendous knowledge of our business; he’s perfectly suited to this crucial new appointment.”
Jason Hunt commented positively on his new responsibilities, stating: “It’s exciting to be in a role where I will have a direct influence on the calibre of technical support that our customers receive. We have an excellent technical team of 45, comprising service, installation and workshop engineers. I’ll be tasked with ongoing support and training and will also be responsible for visiting our customers’ sites to ensure best practice has been followed. The combination of these responsibilities is sure to guarantee a real-world environment for our training and team development.”
