Majestic Bingo’s Best Key Supplier Award is claimed by Gamestec for second consecutive year in recognition of determination to raise standards across the company.
National operator Gamestec has won the Best Key Supplier Award from Majestic Bingo for the second year in a row. The prestigious award has been given in recognition of Gamestec’s drive and determination to raise standards in each and every area of Majestic’s 500-strong machine estate across 16 clubs.
“We’re delighted to be handing this award to Gamestec for the second year running”
This second award for Gamestec has been achieved during a period of increased activity and focus on gaming machines at Majestic. The company, working in conjunction with Astra Games, is currently trialling iBet and TITO at its flagship club in Mansfield and overall has invested more than £1m refurbishing its gaming machine areas. Scrutiny in machine management and marketing, via Paul Dearlove and Kirstie Gee, has never been higher says Majestic.
Peter Collinge, chief operating officer at Gamestec, commented: “To win this award for a second consecutive year is testament to the incredibly hard work we put in here at Gamestec to deliver a world class service for our customers. It also serves to highlight the efficacy of our national service infrastructure which, with its planned preventative maintenance and rapid response call out, maximises machine uptime at all times.”
Majestic Bingo director Mark Jepp added: “We’re delighted to be handing this award to Gamestec for the second year running. Not only does it acknowledge their depth of experience and expertise it also recognises consistency, which is a vital quality when it comes to the smooth running and profitability of our machines. Thanks to their rapid response and unsurpassed first time fix rates, Gamestec exceeded our increasingly stringent standards with flying colours. They’re worthy winners of this award.”
