“The views are fantastic, it is based within the popular tourist attraction of Spittal Beach and benefits from a high footfall.

“The family-owned arcade has successfully been in business for more than 30 years and company information is available upon request for those who are interested in continuing to operate it as is. Otherwise, there are plenty of opportunities to develop this property into a new viable business.”

Within the premises is a fully-equipped kitchen for supplying the café, an office, toilets as well as a large storage area and basement. The property is available by way of a freehold for offers in the region of £425,000.
