InnoPrint are launching a pair of new products designed to make more machines TITO-ready.

InnoPrint, a subsidiary of payment tech experts Innovative Technology, has announced the launch of two new products designed to support TITO-based play. InnoHub and InnoServer will allow analogue and digital machines to become TITO compatible.

“The InnoHub is easy to integrate into new installs and older machine upgrades as the unit can be wall mounted anywhere so space is not a concern,” said a statement announcing the product’s release.

The hub complies with the Gambling Businesses Group’s protocol and supports ccTalk and parallel protocols. Additionally, it is networkable over TCP/IP network and features a number of connectivity options including five serial ports, four USB ports and an SD card slot. Operators can also receive a full audit of all TITO transactions that occur in the machine.

Working in tandem with the InnoHub is its companion, the InnoServer, which is designed to allow operators an overall view of their TITO machines, allowing them to access to a database of information via a web portal.

InnoPrint development director, Chris Robinson said:“The InnoServer has been designed to give the operator total control of all their machines whilst providing a host of additional benefits, including the lowest cost of ownership on the market and complete audit traceability.”

A new subsidiary company, InnoServ, has been created to guide operators through the implementation of these devices.

Paul Smith, operations director for InnoServ, added: “InnoServ was established to provide TITO installation support to customers. Our service begins with an initial on-site survey that includes a complete analysis of existing equipment. We are with the customer through every step of the process.”
